Baby in China Born with Second Face (PHOTO, WARNING: Graphic Content)

What does this mean?

It means the baby essentially has a second face

The child looks like he is literally wearing a mask, due in part to a massive cleft that extends almost all the way up to his ears. No one knows what causes this unfortunate condition, though theories abound. It could be caused by an infection, or even frequent drug use by the mother. Sadly, this condition is incredibly expensive to treat but thankfully, there is a happy ending, as Kangkang’s family has managed to gather enough money for treatment.

Hong Kong billionaire's daughter Gigi Chao bombarded with marriage offers and nude photos

Thousands of men have sent offers of dates and marriage proposals to Gigi Chao after her father made the HKD500 million (£39.8 million) offer.

Cecil Chao Sze-tsung, a property magnate, announced the bounty this week after reports that his daughter, a University of Manchester graduate, entered a civil partnership with her long-term girlfriend in France.

Gigi Chao, 33, said she thought that the offer and the responses were "quite entertaining".
She said that instead of being angry, she saw her father's announcement as an act of love.
Her father, 76-year-old Sze-tsung Chao, made his fortune in shipping and property said that his daughter was still single, and eligible, and insisted he would not force her into marriage with an unsuitable groom.

He said his offer was "an inducement to attract someone who has the talent but not the capital to start his own business".

"I do not mind whether he is rich or poor. The important thing is that he is generous and kind-hearted. Gigi is a very good woman with both talents and looks. She is devoted to her parents, is generous and does volunteer work," he told the SCMP.

Gigi Chao, the daughter of a Hong Kong billionaire says she had been bombarded with marriage proposals – and even nude photographs – from as far as Nigeria after her father offered £40 million to the man who could woo her.

When reading this I was wondering where are my Nigeria folks then I saw Nigeria in the news, Naija I dey hail ooo…LMAO

Viewer Discretion!!! Freshly Born Twins Found At Refuse Dump In Onitsha, Nigeria!!!

Residents of Okosi Road in Onitsha, Anambra State woke up to a most gruesome sight Sunday Morning. On top of a pile of rubbish in a garbage dump lay the dead bodies of a set of twin babies. It was obvious that they were just a couple of hours old. Still covered in fluid and placenta still intact. People flocked to the scene as the ghastly story quickly spread. So far, there are no leads concerning the identity of the mother and it still remains a horrible
mystery.

Freshly Born……….

As much as I know the backlash that this statement would bring, I believe that abortion would have been a better option for the mother of this kids. Even though a baby is a baby from the first day, taking a decision to eliminate the foetus before four (4) months would have been a better idea, bad though it might be, but not as bad as this cruel and inhuman act.

Whatever happened to adoption, as an option? Granted, there are several reasons why people might not want to keep a baby, rape, abuse, etc, but if one can carry the child to full term as these have been, they could have also elected to foster them in a home.

This is really sad and horrific, when people the world over, are praying for children. Smh .*enraged.

Corpse Found In Suitcase Was Suspect’s Son – Neighbours

The shocked neighbours described the boy as very smart and wondered what came over Inuwa that made him to kill his child.

Inuwa, a welder, arrested with the corpse of the child in a suitcase last Saturday, is currently in police custody.

People who visited Bwari where the suspect lived on Tuesday learnt that Inuwa’s wife left him about a month ago, following incessant quarrels between them.

The nursing mother was said to have packed out of their one- room apartment, whose veranda was fenced off with zinc. The building was located behind Zenith Bank, Bwari, about 45 km from Abuja city centre.

The room which was firmly locked with a padlock did not betray the nature of the heinous crime that was allegedly perpetrated inside it.

A fashion designer and immediate neighbour to the suspect said he was shocked to see Inuwa’s picture and the dead child on the Internet, noting that he saw Goodluck last Friday night around his shop.

“I was shocked to see Inuwa’s picture and the dead child; this was a boy I saw last Friday playing with other children in the afternoon and later in the night. Before now, Inuwa didn’t betray any suspicious behaviour except that he becomes aggressive anytime he is drunk and whenever he is high on Igbo (Indian hemp),” the neighbour who declined to give his name stated.

Another neighbour, Sam, described his pains when he heard that the welder murdered his son, describing the incident as appalling. He said for the few years he had known the suspect, he was always friendly.

“I can describe him as a friendly person, but he is antagonistic and hostile anytime he is drunk and everyone around here (neighbours) knew this and we don’t interact with him once we observe his change of mood. He also quarrels with his wife and the woman who is nursing a baby girl, left him about a month ago,” Sam said.

Daniel Okogie who claimed to have known Inuwa for about nine years stated that the suspect must have been under a spell to have killed his child, whom he said Inuwa took good care of.
He said, “We all know Inuwa and Goodluck and we are surprised that he would kill the boy. He took care of that boy and bought things for him; the child was to start school soon and now this tragedy happened.”

Asked if the police had visited the crime scene, Okogie and other respondents said they had yet to see them, pointing out that investigators would get clues that would assist them inside the apartment where he was believed to have murdered the child.

The FCT Police Public Relations Officer, Doris England, had said that investigations had commenced into the incident.

Man caught with dead baby in a suitcase

This man was caught at Tipper garage near Gwarimpa in Abuja yesterday with a dead baby stuffed in a suitcase. They said he was arrested on a tip off...but another source said that the conductor of the bus he entered asked him to bring his suitcase so it can be stored properly and the man vehemently refused. The suspicious conductor asked him what was inside the suitcase and he refused to say. As the man tried to leave the bus, the conductor and others seized the suitcase from him and found the dead boy inside.

I don't have all the details...but will try to find out! How anybody can do this to a child...
God forgive us!

Kenyan Man Stuck Inside Another Mans Wife

I first watched this video over a month ago and just want to share with my blog readers.

Very funny how these things still happen in our today world. Africa!!!

See photo of N54billion Nigerian National Stadium – monumental shame for Nigeria.

What manner of explanation could anyone possibly give to justify this shameful state of what is supposed to be a world class National Stadium?

Of course the current state of the stadium goes a long way in explaining the fact that our National teams have been playing in all other venues in the country anytime they have a fixture. If we spent close to N60 billion to build the stadium, how come we cannot afford to maintain it? Or perhaps we can afford to, but those that are supposed to ensure that the place is maintained would rather channel the funds for that purpose to “other” projects?

A lot has been said about how Nigeria lacks maintenance culture; this picture goes a long way in proving that assertion. May God help us.

Mother Killed And Ate Her 2 Sons; Thought They Were Pigs

I just want to share this with my blog readers, I think we have to be very careful how we leave our loved ones especially younger children with people that are mentally ill, family members or not.

A mum butchered and ate her two young sons because she hallucinated and thought they were PIGS.

The Thai woman allegedly cooked and ate her children, aged one and five, and was found by police sleeping in her home surrounded by their body parts. The woman had been suffering from mental illness since 2007 but had recently stopped taking her medication. She had been left alone with her sons as her husband left for a few days to get her medication.

“The woman killed her children because she didn’t continue her treatment and didn’t take her medication.” it is believed that in her hallucinogenic state she thought her children were pigs and that she has yet to realize that she killed her children.

Man shoots son dead in failed ‘bullet proof’ charm test

In a bid to test the potency of his newly acquired bullet proof ‘juju’, a man, Ornguga Adega, of Agbatse village in Kwande local government area of Benue State, shot his only son dead  while conducting a gunshot test on the boy. He was said to have rubbed his ‘bullet proof’ cream on the body of his son in order to verify its efficacy and potency in line with the instructions of the native doctor from whom he bought the charm. Adega fired a shot with his single barrel gun on the right leg of his son following which the bullet shattered the leg and also penetrated through to the left leg

The boy was said to have bled profusely but before his shocked and devastated father could get proper medical attention for him, the little boy bled to death.

I thought we where in the 21st century, why do people still believe these rubbish??

New monkey discovered

Scientists are claiming they have discovered a new species of monkey living in the remote forests of the Democratic Republic of Congo -- an animal well-known to local hunters but until now, unknown to the outside world. In a paper published Wednesday in the open-access journal Plos One, the scientists describe the new species that they call Cercopithecus Lomamiensis, known locally as the Lesula, whose home is deep in central DR Congo's Lomami forest basin. The scientists say it is only the second discovery of a monkey species in 28 years.

In an age where so much of the earth's surface has been photographed, digitized, and placed on a searchable map on the web discoveries like this one by a group of American scientists this seem a throwback to another time.

Can you ever fly a Dana Airline

I noticed sometime last week that the Federal Government lifted the suspension of the operating license of Dana Airlines following the crash of its aircraft on June 3, in Lagos that killed all 153 passengers on board. The statement said that the lifting of the suspension followed the Federal Government's satisfaction with the air-worthiness of the airline's planes after a rigorous technical, operational and financial audit of the company.

My question now is, can you ever fly a Dana Airline??

Mother Shaves Numbers on Heads of Identical Quadruplets

A Chinese mother of identical quadruplets has taken an unusual step to help people avoid confusing her children with one another: giving them numerically shaped haircuts. "My sons are identical, even to me," their mother, Tan Chaoyun said. "Even now, their father can't tell which one is which."

However, Chaoyun says the unusual haircuts were done mostly to help the teachers and fellow students identify their six-year-old children. Teachers at the school reportedly said that the numerical haircuts have had a positive effect. LMFAO

Evangelist Helen Ukpabio Attacks Prophet TB Joshua

The the General Overseer of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, Prophet T.B. Joshua has really faced some noisy controversies this period, but while one thinks everything was subsiding, another one has cropped up. The founder of the Calabar-based Liberty Gospel Ministries, Evangelist Helen Ukpabio, has accused Prophet Joshua of being a fake miracle worker. In a latest interview with a soft sell magazine, Evangelist Ukpabio was quoted as saying the Prophet was made wealthy by demons and warned people not to take his predictions seriously.

The question is: to what end is this latest attack on TB Joshua by Evangelist Ukpabio? Is it right for religious leaders to leave the mandate of soul-winning to focus on personal difference?

Lady Gaga shaves off section of her hair

It seems like a new celeb reveals a drastic new haircut every day, and tonight is all about Lady Gaga. But this singer didn't do it just for the thrill or to jazz up her usual 'do, she did it for a friend.

"I did it for u Terry," she tweeted, linking to her blog. "I'm sorry about ure mommy. She has princess die, but were all princess high."

The photo shows the back of (at least what we think is) Gaga's head, with her hair pulled up into a high bun, revealing a triangular section of her hair shaven off.

Is Chris Brown's new tattoo supposed to be a battered Rihanna?

The image, on the singer's neck, looks to some like Brown's former girlfriend Rihanna, who was assaulted by Brown in 2009.  Brown's neck tattoo is of a woman's face that is marked in ways that could represent injuries -- three slashes through her lips, what appears to be a black eye, other marks that could be bruises. But the markings are decorative enough that it's unclear whether the face is meant to represent an actual abused woman.

After she was assaulted by Brown, a photo taken of Rihanna's injured face was circulated online, and many are making comparisons between that image and the tattoo.

"sources close to Brown" who tell the website the image is not meant to be Rihanna, but is instead "a random women."

Woman delivers horse in Edo church

Wonders they say shall never end and in Nigeria you can bet on that.

It was gathered that the woman whose identity was not yet known started screaming during the prayer session and began to bleed from the vagina before the horse came out during a prophesy programme at World Liberation Ministry located along old Sapele-Benin express road on Tuesday. The General Overseer of the church, Evangelist Silva Wealth, said he was still amazed at what came out of the woman.

“I can’t describe the object. We have seen people that vomited several things during our service but not this type of thing. God has been blessing our ministry with prophesies and miracles, “The pastor told Journalists.

Is this a sign of endtime or what do you think?

The Yangtze River in China has mysteriously turned red

A Chinese river known as the yangtze River, the third longest river in the world traditionally known as the 'golden watercourse,' mysteriously turned a shocking shade of red. I hear that predictions from scientists say the red water was likely a result of pollution, but investigators are still investigating the unknown cause."

The solution to corruption in Nigeria is to kill all corrupt leaders – Management Expert

Her name is Stella Ladipo, the principal partner in one of the prominent management training and development centres around. She is also a council member, Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM), and she is a recent recipient of the Chris Abebe medal award, from the Nigerian Institute of Management, an award given to her in recognition of her meritorious contribution and significant services to the progress and growth. In an interview recently granted Ladipo shared, among other things, her concern over the spate of corruption in the country. Asked what she thought about the spate of corruption in our country, the management guru said: “We have laid too much emphasis on money; we are ruled by money and have become slaves to it. Money is a spirit, it can make one misbehave as well as destroy. Take a look at lives of those at the hems of affairs disgracing themselves and their families. Everywhere you find leaders and public office holders embezzling millions and billions of Nigerian money just to enrich themselves at the detriment of the poor masses. For goodness sake the funds that are embezzled belong to every citizen of this country not a group of individual.” Also, on what can be done to solve the problems of corruption in the country, Ladipo said: “I still have that believe that what Jerry Rawlings did in Ghana when he became president is the solution to corruption in Nigeria. When he came in as president he killed all the corrupt leaders. We must introduce the Rawlings treatment to checkmate corruption in Nigeria. When this is done the tendency of corruption will be curbed.” Simple. What do you think, Do you agree with her?

Woman allegedly falls from the sky in Port Harcourt

Nigerians! we have started again, why do people believe such stories? I don't! But some of you might, so decided to share..:-). The news everywhere on the internet is that around 4am this morning, a woman (pictured above) supposedly fell from the sky in front of a house that was doing all night prayer. The house is behind Redeemed Christian Church of God, Eagle Island, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. They said after she fell, she started crying and speaking a language nobody could understand. Usually with stories like this we hear of mob action. But nobody tried to beat this woman. People were too scared to go near her. Halleluyah for that Why do some people believe such stories? Do you? Are there really flying witches at night? I'm on the fence on this one :-)

SHAN GEORGE ‘I am not dating Mikel Obi’

Recently a picture of Shan was posted on line where she was seen seemingly cavorting with the top Chelsea soccer star, Mikel Obi, leading to the speculation that she and Mikel wee dating. When asked, Shan was incredulous “This is really getting crazy. So I can’t even have a drink with someone – just innocently, without being linked romantically with the person? Mikel Obi is at a talented soccer player whose skills I appreciate. I am his big fan and when they won the Champions Cup last May, I was over the moon with excitement for him and his team mates. We met and had a drink in Lagos recently and that was that! Nothing romantic happened between us. I am not dating Mikel Obi and I hope some of these traffickers of lies can go have themselves some life.” Hmmmmm, mikel don't go there ooooooo!, na your mama mate be that....lol

Airhiavbere Gets Buhari Treatment

General Muhammadu Buhari It reminds one of what transpired during the prosecution of former head of state, General Muhammadu Buhari’s petition against President Obasanjo’s election in 2003. Buhari contested that election on the platform of the All Nigeria Peoples Party (ANPP). After the poll, which he lost, he headed for the election tribunal to challenge Obasanjo’s victory. His party, along with the former chairman, the late Chief Edwin Ume-Ezeoke, was with him as he filed the petition. but along the line, as hearing began in the petition, Buhari was left in the lurch. He became a lone ranger prosecuting his own petition, as the party abandoned him. Part of that experience may have led him to form his own party, Congress for Progressive Change (CPC) in the build-up to the 2011 election. But the case of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate in the last governorship election in Edo State, Major-General Charles Airhiavbere, is slightly different. Accepting that its candidate lost the July 14 governorship poll to Action Congress of Nigeria (ACN) candidate, Governor Adams Oshiomhole, the PDP had said it was not going to challenge Oshiomhole’s election. They also asked Airhiavbere not to challenge the election results. The Edo election, to all intents and purposes, was a battle between the people and the godfather – at least it was the perception ACN had successfully created. In that battle, the people chose the former Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) leader Oshiomhole and dumped the godfather, Chief Tony Anenih. Therefore, it was no surprise last week that at the inaugural sitting of the Edo State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal hearing Airhiavbere’s petition against Oshiomhole’s election, the PDP filed a motion before the court seeking to withdraw from the petition. The party’s counsel Kingsley Obamogie urged the tribunal to remove PDP from the petition, arguing that Airhiavbere’s lawyer Efe Akpofure (SAN) did not get the PDP’s permission before including the party in the petition. He added that the PDP does not wish to challenge the election result. With the party out of the petition, Airhiavbere is on his own

2013 Nations Cup: Nigeria Go For Broke Against Liberia

The Super Eagles of Nigeria will today take on the Lone Star of Liberia in a crucial 2013 Nations Cup qualifier. The qualifier which will take place in Monrovia is one of the games on the road to the tournament in South Africa next year. It will be two legged affair with the second leg coming up next month .The last time the Super Eagles met Liberia in a competitive game was in 2001 when the Liberians defeated Nigeria 2-1 in Monrovia before the Eagles won the return leg. The Super Eagles did not qualify for the last Nations Cup for the first time in 25 years and former Super Eagles coach Samson Siasia lost his job in the aftermath. Stephen Keshi was brought in to restore pride to the country’s football and was given the mandate to qualify Nigeria for the Nations Cup next year and the 2014 World Cup to hold in Brazil. In the first qualifying stage, Nigeria defeated Rwanda 2-0 on aggregate to qualify for this stage. Coach Keshi invited 11 based foreign and local players for the game including new Chelsea signing Victor Moses. But notable absentees in the list are Osaze Odemwingie and John Mikel Obi. The Super Eagles are the overwhelming favourite for this encounter. They defeated Liberia in a friendly game in Monrovia 2-0 in March this year and Nigerian football fans will be expecting a similar scoreline today. The technical crew and the players said they are not taking the threat of Liberia very likely as they are no longer minnows in world football. Coach Keshi said: “A country that has produced the likes of George Weah, who became world best footballer cannot be said to be weak in talents, but we must show that we are stronger. I expect a tough, bruising game against Liberia and I trust that all of us will rise to the occasion,” Goalkeeping coach, Ike Shorunmu who is also an ex international said they will not underrate the Lone Star: “This is the last round of the qualifiers so we cannot afford to make any mistakes, not even to underrate any team. We cannot afford to underrate Liberia. At this stage of the competition every team is strong and should be tackled that way. Our objective is to qualify for the Nations Cup finals so we have to fight hard no matter who our opponents are. Experience has shown that no team is inferior in football again. And you have to take the Egypt/Central Africa Republic for example. So we are going to work hard and remain focused for the match bearing in mind that we have to make Nigerians happy by qualifying for the 2013 Nations Cup” Meanwhile, Super Eagles speedy winger, Ahmed Musa is confident ahead of the tie and believes the Lone Star pose no threat to the Super Eagles, “It is good draw for us. Liberia can’t stop us. They have a good team too, but we will beat them. I am looking forward to scoring goals in both games. I don’t think it will be so easy; they will come at us because they know we are better.”
