PROFILE: Meet CHRIST EMBASSY Pastors

Christ Embassy is one of the well attended churches in all the continent.  Pastor Chris Oyakhilome is the founding pastor of the ministry which he started back in the 80s and has taken the church to a greater height.  He is a mentor to a lot of people and most especially his followers.  He has a retinue of pastors who are very close to him and pastor his major churches across the continent.  One synonymous thing about these pastors is that they have been with Pastor Chris for over 2 decades and now do whatever he does as part of mentorship.  Mentorship form pastor Chris helps to support and encourage then to manage their own learning in order that they may maximize their potentials, develop their skills, improve their performance and become the person they want to be.  They are very stylish and very handsome.  They took after their pastor in terms of their look, the way they talk and also how they preach.  Their dressing epitomizes that of Pastor Chris and they also teach his doctrines the way he led them.  They are key players in the church and have contributed immensely to the growth of the ministry.  They are Pastor Chris’ favorites’ and well loved by many members of their congregation.  They operate at the higher level in the church and are Pastor Chris’ right hand men.  These men of God have very infectious personality.  You cannot come in contact with them without getting a whiff of what or who Pastor Chris is. EVANG. EDDY OWASE

He is one of the influential pastors in Christ Embassy.  He is the South-South Zonal Pastor of Believers Love World, an arm of the Christ Embassy Church.  He was part of the people that flagged off the grand launch of Reach out Nigeria in 2009 for the October edition of the widely read Rhapsody of realities.  He pastors the Christ Embassy, Benin City.  He was born into a polygamous Christian family and he was led to Christ by his elder sister, Late Mrs. Elizabeth Ogaba.  He met Pastor Chris in 1984 in his 1st year in School and his involvement in Pastor Chris’ ministry has revolutions his life.  He is one of the top pastors in Christ Embassy and well loved by his mentor.  He dresses like Pastor Chris also and also has same hair with him.  He also talks like him.  Anytime he comes on air, you will think its Pastor Chris talking because of the way he has emulated his pastor.  He also participates in the Healing School and anchors Real Miracles Today which he is very popular with viewers.  He is a member of the Central Executive Council which is of a high hierarchy in the Christ Embassy Church.

PASTOR TOM AMEKHIANAN

Reverend Tom’s name rings a bell anytime you mention  Christ Embassy because he is one of the powerful pastors in the church.  He is well known owning to the fact that he is Pastor Chris Oyakhilome’s cousin.  He is also one of Pastor Chris’ favourites.  He pastored the Believers love World in the University of Benin, Ugbowo, Benin City.  He is a graduate of Ambrose Alli University,  he was later transferred to Kano and back to Lagos.  He married Joy Ihegie, a graduate of Auchi Polytechnic in the late nineties and blessed with children.  He looks like his elder brother, he is light complexioned and also wears a curly hair style like his mentor.

REV. RAY OKOCHA

Rev. Ray Okocha readily cuts the picture of his mentor; Pastor Chris Oyakhilome.  He has been in the Christ Embassy ministry for a long period of time.  He starting going to a Roman Catholic Church and joined St. Jude’s Society at an early age.  He is also one of the top Pastor s in Christ Embassy because of the post he holds.  He was the one that took over the Lagos Church from Pastor Chris which is the biggest in Nigeria and makes him a member of the Central Executive Council.  He is the 1st child of the family and relocated to Urhobo from Lagos at a young age to attend Urhobo College in Effurun.   He also started his higher education in 1984.  He stopped attending his Catholic Church when he had an encounter with Pastor Chris in 1984.  He is the Secretary General of Believers Love World Incorporated.  He anchors the word  Alive Programme.  He operates as the regional Pastor of the church in Northern Nigeria and has been in charge of the Abuja branch, He is also in charge of Media and Publicity.  The tall, light skinned Pastor anchors Pastor Chris’ programme, Atmosphere For Miracles.  He is  a replica of Pastor Chris as his looks, hair and way he talks is no different form his mentor.  He is happily married to Linda Okocha.

PASTOR KEN OYAKHILOME

Pastor Ken is the presiding Pastor of Christ Embassy, Westheimer road in Houston, Texas, USA.  He is the younger brother to Pastor Chris Oyakhilome and they have been in the ministry since. He is also a member of the central executive council.  Very influential and spiritually filled, he is the one who gathers people for crusades in the entire US.  He was born into a Christian home and in 1985, he was led to Christ by his brother, Chris Oyakhlome. Pastor Ken whose slogan is “Be the one to make the news” shares a lot of resemblance with his brother, from  his complexion  to his hair and the way he talks.  He is one of the powerful pastors in Christ Embassy Ministry.

PASTOR BIODUN LAWAL

Pastor Biodun is the Zonal Pastor of Christ Embassy in Ghana.  Not too many people know it if you have not heard him talk about it or you read his profile that he comes from a Muslim background.  He is deeply rooted in Christianity.  He went to a Quaranic school and used to lead prayers at Mosque.  At age 5, he was following his Christian friends to Sunday Schools which was his 1st encounter with Christianity.  In Dec 1992, he gave his life to Christ; He is one of the Assistant Secretary General of Believers Love World Incorporated.  He is also one of Pastor Chris’ favourites and he is spiritually sound.

PASTOR TOM OBIAZI

He is the Pastor of Christ Embassy, Benin.  He is the Pastor at the LoveWorld Conference Centre in Oregun.  He is among the top ranking pastors in Christ Embassy.  He is a close confidant of Pastor Chris and is also very influential.  He is a member of the Central Executive Council.  His demeanor of Pastor Chris is visible on him.   This is because  he talks like his mentor, has the same hair style with him and also has a distinct way of demonstrating the way Pastor Chris preaches.  He is happily married to Sarah Obiazi.

PASTOR SUI DARA

Pastor Siji Dara is the Zonal Pastor of the Warri Zone.  The handsome man is the 5th born of his family.  He attended the University of Ife now Obafemi Awolowo University where he gave his life to Christ in 1987 when he was in 300 level.  He had an encounter with Pastor Chris in 1988 and since then, has been with him.  He is also very influential and widely recognized in the entire Delta State.  He presides over large crusades in Warri and is also one of Pastor Chris’ favourites.  He also took after him in his dressing and looks.

PASTOR AMBROSE ISESELE

He is a life coach and one of the powerful pastors in Onitsha.  He is a member of the Central Executive Council of Believes Love World Incorporation, He was formerly in Kaduna State and got born again 27years ago through Pastor Eddy Owase in February 1985.  He is a powerful dresser and has a finesse he carries around him anytime you see him.  He is deeply rooted in Christ and well loved by his mentor, Pastor Chris Oyakhilome.

PASTOR TUOYO EDUN TOM

Pastor Tuoyo is the director of LoveWorld Christian Network.  He was in Asaba before he was transferred to Ibadan.  He has also done well for himself in the ministry.  He is one of Pastor Chris’ favourite and also controls a large congregation in Ibadan.  He gave his life to Christ many years back and also has an infectious smile.  He is also one of the influential Pastors in the Ministry.  He dresses well and also preaches the way his mentor does.

PASTOR KAYODE ADESINA

Very stylish with a nice men around him, he is an Assistant Secretary of the Believers Love World Incorporation.  He is also Pastor Chris’ look alike.
