Pastor Chris Oyakhilome Silenced Critics

I have waited this long to blog about the alleged divorce of Pastor Chris and Rev. Anita Oyakhilome because i needed to get confirmation from Pastor Chris himself and at the global communion service yesterday pastor Chris cleared the air about the issue.

There are men of God and there are also preachers, I am a man of God, if a man of God is married, it doesn't mean that the wife of the man of God is therefore a woman of God. That's not the way it is in the Bible.

That's why you don't really find the wives of the men of God mentioned in the Bible. Who was Peter’s wife? Did you ever hear of her name? Who was John’s wife, ever heard of her name? What about the other apostles, how many of their wives name were written in the bible? Ever found their names? Why? Ask God when you find Him (lolz).

There is no man of God in the bible that intentionally sinned against God, God has put me on a part and I have not gone against it, I was not accused of anything and I didn’t do those think which they are saying, I don’t even want to go so low to talk about it.

So they are little things, don't try to make something big out of them. We are journeying, doing the things that God has asked us to do, what you should do is pray for Rev. Anita.

Christians should not have a divorce, it shouldn't be. That doesn't mean a Christian may not take the step but that doesn't make it right. We shouldn't take one another to court. But when it happens, even though we didn't want to go there someone is taking us there, and that's the problem.

Be wise and stay focused in the word of God and don't let those who want to feast on things like this, including Christians. You know there are Christians who like things like this, they want to make something big out of it. They would say yea yea yea we said it (you said what? Pastor retorted...lolz).
